PTSO MISSION STATEMENT

The Rich South PTSO’s mission is to insure that parents, staff and students are working together towards a common goal. That goal is to foster an environment that will support the best possible educational experience for students, staff and parents at Rich South High School.

PTSO VISION STATEMENT

It is our belief that clear and effective communication between parents, administration, teachers and students will create clear and focused priorities. Working together we can implement these priorities to assure an environment for our students that will allow them to achieve excellence in academics, athletics and arts. We must support our children by giving our time, attention, understanding and innovative ideas for improvement. The PTSO is dedicated to assist in maintaining a safe and intellectually invigorating environment that allows us to attract and retain the most dedicated professionals to Rich South High School.

We believe that educational success is everyone’s opportunity and we have “Expectations of Excellence” of all of our students and staff.

The Rich South High School PTSO would like to take this opportunity to encourage parents, teachers, staff, students, elected officials and individuals in the community to get involved and become an active participant of the PTSO. We invite you to attend the PTSO meetings held on the second Thursday of each month during the school year at 7:00 pm in the Rich South Media Center.
